Typically someone who runs the business and does the marketing in the evening, and who does not want to hire an agency to fill in forms they could complete themselves in an afternoon.
How it differs from LocalBusinessListings.com
They are separate sites with separate purposes, and they are easy to confuse by name alone. LocalBusinessListings.com is a marketplace for buying and selling established businesses. This site helps a business you already own get found. Nothing here is a business for sale, and nothing there is an SEO product.
